SAVAIR - Refrigerant Driers & Filters
Refrigerant Air drier with heat sink technology
SAVAIR- offers environment friendly energy efficient driers in
two series MP series and MG series. These driers are manufactured
by MTA Italy and confirm to CE slandered. MP series refrigerant
driers are with heat sink technology. These driers are available
from 20 CFM to 600 CFM with operating pressure up to 16 KG .By combining
the advantage of thermal mass and direct expansion systems for heat
transfer, from compressed air to refrigerant, in one unit, allows
the refrigerant compressor to run only when it is needed; thereby;
together with air-to-air pre-cooling exchanger, offers constant
dew point even at varying load with large saving of energy. All
driers are air cooled and hence no need of cooling water. The savings
achieved is up to 60 % as compared to conventional refrigerant drier.
The technology used for these dryers are certified by carbon trust
UK for its energy efficiency and enjoys the 100% depreciation benefit
in Europe. Fully designed for extreme Indian conditions; integrated
with microprocessors, gives digital display of temperature, dew
point ensures total maintenance free operation. The simpler and
reliable cooling circuit, like a domestic refrigerator makes the
system more reliable, improves air quality, and maintenance free

SAVAIR Filters- For Compressed Air Treatment.
SAVAIR also offers world class CE approved high efficiency filters
for compressed air treatment from Europe to give air solution for
their quality conscious customers.

compressed air before it is supplied to pneumatic tools, CNC machines,
automation or even critical process application for better product
quality and system reliability. By filtration the pneumatic system

SAVAIR Manager monitors and controls the complete compressed air
system and pneumatic lines without manual intervention. SAVAIR Manager
is a property and patented product of SAVAIR ENERGY LTD., is the
state of the art equipment manufactured by using internationally
renowned brands instruments and components to achieve complete automation
of compressed air system.
SAVAIR Manager makes the compressed air plant completely automatic
in true since and reduces compressed air operators to a bare minimum.
SAVAIR Manager eliminates idle running, manages start-stop and load-unload
of the compressors based on the real time demand. There will large
savings in manpower cost by reduced compressor operators and maintenance.
SAVAIR - Packaged Chillers
SAVAIR offers a wide range of packaged air cooled and water cooled
chillers starting form a cooling capacity of 3.6 KW to 1200 KW in
technical collaboration with MTA Spa., Italy. While we offer small
and medium range with latest scroll and screw compressor technology,
our higher ranges of chillers are with unmatched TRUBOCOR compressors
with magnetic bearings which takes only a starting current of 2
Amps.
The small range of MTA chillers are packaged with large water tank,
energy efficient pump and designed with specially well spaced fins
of condenser coils to suit the dirty industrial cooling water with
efficient heat transfer, less pressure drop and minimum maintenance.
The comparison of performance charts makes evident that the energy
efficiency of MTA chillers are better in efficiency, highly reliable
and negligible maintenance as compared with other international
brands.
Fully packages chiller with large water tank with built in pumps
ensures less installation time, optimum price and less start stop
of compressors and longer life of the equipments with minimum maintenance
and better reliability.. While our standard chillers maintain a
temperature range of +/- 1 degree centigrade; our precision chillers
maintain accuracy of .02 degree centigrade for critical applications
like laser machines. The precise controls give better energy efficiency

very critical.
